Abalone 60g
Pork Belly 40g
Broccoli 40g
Oyster Sauce 36ml
Soy Sauce 18ml
Chicken stock 50ml
Spring Onion 15g
Sake 25ml
Fresh Ginger 3g
White Sugar 12g
Corn Flour 25g
Fine Salt 2g
Black Pepper 2g
Carrot 20g
Red Pepper 40g
White Sesame seeds 2g

Directions

  1. Add oil to a pan, then add all your veggies and fruit to the pan.
  2. Add the Abalone, Pork Belly.
  3. Add soy, sugar, corn flour, pepper & salt to the dish.
  4. At the end add your chicken stock and cook on a high heat for a minute or two.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds.
