Directions
- Slice the Abalone in strips.
- Cut the capsicum in cubs, finely chop the ginger.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together. Slowly add water to themix until nice thick batter.
- Deep-fry the Abalone until golden brown and set aside.
- Mix the tomato sauce, plume sauce, oyster sauce, sugar water together.
- In a saucepan add ginger & mix capsicum for a minute or two.
- Add sauce until thicken, then add the batter Abalone to the mix.
- Stir-Fry quickly and dish on the plate, sprinkle sesame on top.
